  • ​​Served on pretrial trial team representing captioned telephone provider in patent disputes in the Western District of Wisconsin, Ultratec, Inc. v. Sorenson Communications, Inc., Nos. 3:13-CV-00346 and 3:14-CV-00847 (W.D. Wisc.), and prepared briefs to the Federal Circuit, Nos. 15-1759 and 15-1760 (Fed. Cir. 2015). 
  • ​Served on team defending Halliburton in securities class action in the Northern District of Texas, Archdiocese of Milwaukee Supporting Fund v. Halliburton Co., No. 3:02-CV-1152 (N.D. Texas 2015). 

Representative Experience

  • ​​Served on team defending laboratory testing company against unfair business claims in Texas state court, U.S. Health Group, Inc. v. Physicians Choice Laboratory Services, et al., No. DC-13-12019 (134th Jud. List. Dallas, 2013). 
  • Served on team that secured dismissal of Expedia from class action lawsuit alleging price fixing in the Northern District of Texas, In re: Online Travel Company Hotel Booking Antitrust Litigation, No. 3:12-CV-03515 (N.D. Tex. 2014). 
  • Served on pretrial and trial team representing restaurant in complex contract dispute concerning point-of-sale systems and credit card data-security standards in the District of Maryland, with particular emphasis on developing expert witness testimony on point-of-sale systems and data security standards (D. Maryland 2013). 
  • Served on pretrial and trial team representing Frito-Lay as plaintiff asserting patent, trademark, and trade secret claims related to the manufacture and design of tortilla chips against generic brand competitor, Frito-Lay N. Am., Inc. v. Medallion Foods, Inc., No. 3:12-CV-00074 (E.D. Tex. 2013). ​
