Hallie Graves has experience representing clients in complex litigation ranging from patent disputes to class action securities matters.  She has drafted and argued dispositive motions, handled evidentiary hearings in federal and state court, and participated in numerous jury trials.  She is skilled in all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and advocacy.

After graduating second in her law school class, Ms. Graves began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where she assisted the Court in drafting published district and appellate court opinions.  After several years as a litigation associate at Baker Botts LLP, she returned to Judge Fitzwater’s chambers in 2015-2016 before joining EBBK in 2017.​
